How clever. There is a destination market between 9 & 10 Avenue with an entrance on 9th, known as the Chelsea Market. The Back/Rear entrance on 10th Avenue has always been dull and dark as it is tucked away under the High Line [which I have as yet failed to feature in these Chronicles- due to lack of good pictures]. Compared to traffic at the front on 9th, it is little used. Saw the other day that Target has set up a mini-shop there. Brightly lit in red and white and show casing a few of the special items that Target markets with designers. That will change the traffic pattern!
