A FIRST. Voted in an election in a country other than the USofA. Was well informed and the process was simple. The shocker was the ballot box: a standard trash can fitted with a sliding lock on top and the lid secured with a padlock. When I expressed surprised, the nice person monitoring the process said it had done service already for years. I suggested it was a dubious visual!
